1. Membership & Subscription

Zenlearn offers a monthly subscription at $89/month with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 14 days of your first paid charge, contact hello@zenlearn.net for a full refund. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing periods.

3. Content Access

Your subscription grants access to all published courses and live events for as long as your membership remains active. Zenlearn reserves the right to add, remove, or modify course content. Adult content is gated behind age verification and requires users to confirm they are 18 or older.

4. Creator Content

Creators on Zenlearn retain ownership of their content and grant Zenlearn a non-exclusive license to distribute it to subscribers. Creators receive 70% of revenue attributed to their content, paid monthly via Stripe Connect. Zenlearn may remove content that violates community guidelines.

5. Mobile Application

The Zenlearn mobile application (iOS and Android) is available for video playback only. Subscription purchases must be made through the web platform at zenlearn.net. This restriction is in compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies regarding in-app purchases.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not share your account, redistribute course content, screen-record videos for redistribution, or use the platform for any commercial purpose other than personal learning. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
