We collect information you provide directly (name, email, password), information from OAuth providers (Google profile data), payment information processed via Stripe (we never store card numbers), and usage data (courses watched, progress, streaks, device type).
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: deliver and improve the Zenlearn service, personalize course recommendations, process payments, send transactional and marketing emails (you may unsubscribe at any time), calculate and display progress and streak statistics, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Storage & Security
User data is stored in Neon Serverless Postgres databases hosted on AWS infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Vercel Edge Network for delivery. We employ industry-standard security measures and conduct regular security reviews.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe (payment processing), Mux (video delivery), Vercel Blob (media storage), Resend (transactional email), and Auth.js (authentication). Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. GDPR users in the EU have additional rights including data portability. To exercise your rights, email privacy@zenlearn.net. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytical cookies (anonymized) to understand how the platform is used. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
